Firefighters’ Credit Union Summit Exhibitor/Sponsorships

Miscellaneous Information 

Exhibit Displays 
  • There are no pipe and drape exhibit booths. All are table top, however, pop-up expandable booths are allowed
  • The table-top displays will be in the ballroom where the reception, meals and refreshment breaks are served. 
  • No security is provided in the display area during non-conference hours. All items of value should be removed such as computers, projectors, cell phones, etc.

Hotel &  Transportation 
Lodging is available at the host hotel (Renaissance) at $169 per night. Note, rooms are always at a premium so book your lodging early.

To register at the Renaisance, call their toll free reservation number at 1-800-468-3571. Make certain you request the Firefighter Credit Union Conf. rate of $169 per night. 

  • Wireless Internet is complimentary in guest rooms.  
  • We suggest taxi for local transportation. Cost from the airport is around $28 for two.  

Dress Code 
  • Dress is casual throughout the conference.  Life style is free and easy with casual clothing acceptable almost everywhere.  Normal high for the second week of October is 78 and normal low is 67.   

Mail List of Attendees 
  • An electronic list of attendees will be available to you 3 weeks before the conference.  

Handbook & Links 
  • The conference handbook will include names of all attendees along with their titles, credit union name and address, phone number and fax.  
  • The conference handbook has additional information on firefighter CU's. 
  • We will link to your website from the date you register through the October 2012 conference. Check the Firefighter CU website for recent sponsors at: www.firefightercuconf.com  

Program Content 
This year’s program is focusing a large amount of time for group discussion by attendees.   Vendors are welcome to sit in on all sessions and contribute where appropriate, however, sales of products and services should not be discussed during the sessions. 

Prize Drawings 
  • Sponsors are encouraged to offer prize drawings during the conference. Attending credit unions will be donating items for attendance prizes.  Most drawings will be during the Monday evening Reception but some during the conference. 

Exhibit Hours 
  • Meet & Greet at the Welcome Reception on Sunday , Oct. 7,  6:00 - 8:00 p.m. (Note: No Exhibits) 
  • Set-up Sunday, Oct. 7, 2-5 p.m. in main conference ballroom or Monday 7:00 a.m. - 8:15 a.m.   
  • Sponsors Introduction, Monday OCT. 8, 11:30 a.m.
  • All day networking, Monday., Oct 8. Exhibits in Main conference ballroom 8:30a.m - 5:30 p.m.
  • Exhibitor Reception, Monday, Oct. 8,   4:30 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities 

You are invited to sponsor special events such as refreshment breaks, golf refreshments, drink tickets for receptions, etc.

Refreshment Breaks   $400
Greet delegates one-on-one and spread the word  about your company by sponsoring a coffee break  
between sessions. Signage is included at the coffee break stations. 

Conference Pens     $300
Distributed to all conference delegates, the pens will have your company logo printed on the barrel 

Golf Tournament Refreshments $400
Includes beverages on the golf course, recognition signage, logo on sponsor board 

Golf Contest Prizes    $400
Sponsor longest drive, closest to hole, winning team, recognition signage. 

Conference Notepads       $500
Delegates attending sessions take plenty of notes.  Now you can have your company logo imprinted on  
the conference notepads distributed to all delegates.  

Conference Welcome Gift   $1,200
Your choice of a conference welcome gift.

Lanyard Name Tags   $450
Lanyards are a great way to keep an ID badge or security badge easy to access and clearly visible with your name  

Direction Signs    $300
Directional Signs provide our conference attendees with   their first impression of your company.  Signage is essential in assisting the attendees in identifying location.  

Email Banner    $300
Add your email banner to every email sent to Firefighter Credit Unions about the conference. Your color logo will be included with all promotional emails.  Keep your name in front of the CUs throughout the year. 

Registration Bags    $500
Sponsor the registration bags given to each registered conference delegate. The envelopes will contain the delegate’s name badge, badge holder,  drink tokens and conference handbook.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of $75 per registrant is applied if received prior to September 3rd. After September 3rd, the refund will reflect the $75 fee plus any expenses incurred by the Conference organizers for registration at time of cancellation. After September 17th, there will be no refund, but substitutions are permitted at anytime.
